If you find your purchase to be unsuitable, faulty or that you have received the wrong item, please return the item or items to us in their received condition* within 30 days of receipt. Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are clean, you are not:

wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging in the manner in which they were received. Items screwed up into a ball and thrown into a bag will not be refunded. Any items sent back that do not conform to these requirement will either not be refunded or a store credit given instead. Packaging that is unavoidably damaged whilst opening can be returned without penalty.

For items that are unsuitable, we will either issue a full refund plus standard delivery postage cost (unless you have ordered multiple items and kept some, in which case the postage will be deducted from the refund) on receipt of the returned item(s), or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If you received a faulty item, we will reimburse the return postage cost up to the value of £10.00 and either send a replacement or refund your order (including initial postage cost).

If you received the wrong item, we will reimburse the return postage up to the value of £10.00 and send you the correct item.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
